Policies

We are committed to providing a consistent and supportive approach across our academies, and the policies listed below apply across our Trust and are adopted by all our member academies.  This ensures we provide a standardised and consistent framework, approved by our Trustees, for each academy and all of our staff to follow.

Alongside these Trust-wide policies, each academy also maintains and publishes its own school-specific policies and procedures where appropriate, reflecting the needs of its pupils, staff and wider school community.  Individual academy polices are approved by their own Governors, and published on the individual academy website when appropriate.

Plesae note, some of these documents still retain our old 'arrow' branding.  This does not affect their validity, and they will be updated in due course as part of our review cycle.
