Trust DSL and Attendance Leads Networks

Our Trust networks provide an opportunity for Designated Safeguarding Leads and Attendance Leads to come together, share good practice and develop a supportive, collaborative approach across our academies.

The sessions will provide a space to discuss emerging challenges, share experiences and practical solutions, and work together to shape Trust-wide strategies, policies and approaches. They will also offer opportunities for relevant professional development, training and exploring new initiatives to strengthen practice across our schools.

Above all, the networks aim to build positive professional relationships, encourage collaboration and ensure colleagues feel supported, informed and confident in their roles.

These are collaborative networks, and colleagues are encouraged to contribute ideas, share experiences and help shape future sessions around the needs of our academies.
