The White Hills Park Trust wish to appoint as soon as possible a:
Early Years Teaching Assistant
based at The Florence Nightingale Academy
32.5 hours per week All Year Round
NJC Grade 4 - £20,852 to £23,484
The Florence Nightingale Academy are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to work in our bright and stimulating Early Years Foundation Stage.
The ideal candidate will:
- be an excellent Early Years Practitioner with good knowledge of the EYFS framework and characteristics of effective learning
- have an understanding of learning through play and current play-based research
- be enthusiastic and inspirational
- work well as a member of a team and under their own initiative
- be forward thinking and proactive in their approach
- have high expectations of all children and be committed to promoting inclusion
- have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- have previous experience of working with children aged 3-5 years
- be adaptable to support across school where needed
- Mentor and provide support for apprentice TA’s.
