Pastoral Mentor
based at Bramcote College
Fixed Term until 28th July 2022
Grade 3, Pts 5-7: £19,312 to £20,092 (FTE) - £6,289.00 to £6,543.50 (actual salary)
37 hours per week, Term Time Only

We are seeking to appoint a pastoral mentor who is an innovative, flexible and personable individual to provide quality welfare and academic support to students, under the guidance of the Senior Leadership Team. The role will include the support of students either individually or in small groups, to ensure their welfare and educational progress; mentoring individual students; providing advice and guidance; providing support in dealing with incidents or emergencies which arise during the school day; contacting parents and other relevant agencies under the direction of the Senior Leadership Team.

The closing date for applications is 10am on Friday 5th November 2021
Interviews will be held during the week commencing Monday 8th November 2021
