The White Hills Park Trust wish to appoint an
Out of School Club Manager
based at The Florence Nightingale Academy
Grade 3 - Points 5 to 7 - £19,312 to £20,092 FTE  (Actual salary - £10,567.92 to £10,994.76)
23.75 hours per week - 7.15 am to 9.00 am and then 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday, term time only

We are seeking a fun, dynamic, responsible, creative and enthusiastic manager to be responsible for the day-to-day organisation of the Out of School Club, providing engaging and high-quality activities for the children.  The role will include supervising the children, supporting the staff, being approachable to our parents and above all providing a fun, nurturing and safe environment for the children in our care.

The candidate must have: • At least a Level 3 qualification in Playwork/childcare (or equivalent) • Experience with working with 4 – 11 year olds and experience of working in a supervisory and/or management capacity.

The Out of School Club Manager will actively embrace the Trust’s core principles of Ethical Leadership to ensure an inclusive and positive environment for all. 

The closing date for applications is 12.00 midday on Monday 27th September 2021
Interviews will be held during the week commencing Monday 4th October 2021

We welcome applications from a wide range of backgrounds and experience.  Previous experience of working in a school environment is not essential.
